A cheap job is usually a quick job and can lead to over priced add-ons or cost cutting by using unsatisfactory amounts and inappropriate types of cleaning solution. Vitakleen operate an honest pricing policy that's gimmick free with no hidden costs. You know the price before we start the job.

Terms & Conditions
1. All hourly domestic and commercial cleaning prices include the relevant cleaning equipment and products, with the exception of carpet/fabric cleaning and any other jobs that require specialised cleaning solutions and equipment. These jobs will be priced accordingly and added to existing jobs or priced separately.
2. All job times are assessed on a time scale as accurately as possible, and are for guidance purposes only. A minimum charge of 3 hours per visit or per week will apply to all domestic and commercial cleaning at the appropriate quoted rate, with half hour charging rates being applied thereafter. All pre-agreed set price jobs are excluded. Carpet and fabric (upholstery) cleaning and all remainder of jobs listed on this website impose a minimum order value of £30.00 unless otherwise stated in writing by the company.
3. Vitakleen except the responsibilities as key holders and all keys will be signed for by a member of staff on handover and again by the client or nominated representative on key return.
4. The cancellation of pre-booked jobs require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to comply may result in a surcharge of £18.00 added to any future work carried out by Vitakleen.
5. All carpet and fabric cleaning does not include in the cleaning price the moving of heavy items. We offer a furniture room clearance service with size and weight taken into consideration for an additional cost, with the exception of such items as pianos and grandfather clocks. The client bears the sole responsibility with all items classed as breakable, but will be moved as carefully as possible on their approval.
6. Certain items of furniture may have to be raised on blocks or placed on foil sheets to prevent dye bleed and is the clients responsibility for their removal when the carpet is deemed dry. Wet extraction air circulation dryers can be used for an additional cost.
7. All emergency call outs entail a £35.00 charge before any work can commence.
8. Commercial work: Direct payment or cheque within 30 days of invoice date. Domestic work: Payment required by cash or cheque on completion of work. Please make all cheques payable to Vitakleen Services.
9. Contract cleaning minimum requirements: 6 month signed contract and/or 12 hour weekly cleaning plan.
10. All store refurb / builders cleans from the hours of 10.00pm to 6.00am weekdays will be charged at £16.20 per hour per cleaner. This rate also applies to all weekend work.
11. Travel costs to jobs will be added to the final invoice at 40p per mile.
12. Data sheets available in conjunction with COSHH Regulations on request.

All prices quoted on this website exclude VAT @ 17.5%.
